Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including our job board, social media, networking, and referrals, to attract qualified candidates.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or Above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience as a recruiter or in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Solid understanding of recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing techniques.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
