Job Summary

Drive sales and business growth by managing, developing, and following up on Key strategic outlets, High-end volume outlets, and special exclusive outlets, through conducting market research, identifying potential partners, and negotiating agreements to establish mutually beneficial partnerships, building and maintaining strong relationships with channel partners and providing training, support, and resources to enable partners to effectively sell and promote the company's products or services and expand the company's market reach.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Prepare and propose annual trade partnerships and investment programs with details of financial and marketing materials and budgetary requirements
  • Roll out an annual program of trade partnerships and investment working in collaboration with the Area Sales Managers,
  • Effectively implement national trade partnerships and investment programs through the engagement of internal and external stakeholders
  • Lead a team of sales projects coordinators and other team members to achieve OTIF (on-time-in-full) executions of projects
  • Create and maintain relationships with key clients, diagnose problems with the business, and formulate effective solutions
  • Ensure these outlets have the right stock that represents the brands that fit the outlet, and the total business portfolio (including Beer and Wines) at the upscale market.
  • Work with the team to select, evaluate, and approve opportunities for growth in the market
  • Develop and implement effective regional sales and marketing strategies for the concerned channels.
  • Lead the channel sales team members to achieve sales targets and brand goals
  • Find and implement innovative ways to maximize sales and market share at all outlets
  • Prepare and propose financial and marketing materials budgetary requirements for implementation
  • Prepare, review, and submit timely reports for the concerned body of the company
  • Collect and compile data to identify opportunities for service improvement
  • Analyze and go beyond the numbers to find the real insight that will be the key to growing the company’s brands with clients

  • Build relationships and trust with not only the owners of the facilities but also managers, supervisors etc
  • Conduct regular visits during business hours including night-time, and report on activities taken by competitors
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the line manager

Job Requirements

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Computer literacy with basic knowledge of Word and Excel
  • Customer Service oriented
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Auto-driving license with experience.
  • Very good language skills in English, Amharic, and other local languages
  • Auto driving license with experience

Education

The position requires a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Management or Management or Business Management/Business Administration or a related field of study.

Experience

6 years of experience in Sales and Customer Relations
