We are seeking a talented and dynamic Marketing and Social Media Specialist to join our team at Vintage Technologies PLC. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our brand's growth and outreach efforts through effective social media management, graphics design skills, event participation, fundraising, and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance our brand presence and engage our target audience across various platforms.
• Create captivating and visually appealing graphics, including infographics, images, and videos, to support our social media campaigns and marketing initiatives.
• Plan and coordinate our participation in industry events, exhibitions, and conferences to raise awareness of our products and services.
• Research and apply for grants and funding opportunities to support our company's projects and initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches for stakeholders, investors, and potential partners.
• Monitor and analyze social media metrics, campaign performance, and market trends to identify areas for improvement and optimize our marketing strategies.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in social media management, graphics design, event marketing, fundraising, and proposal preparation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in social media management, graphic design, event marketing, fundraising, and proposal preparation.
• Proficiency in using graphic design tools and software.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content and present ideas effectively.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of the latest social media trends, platforms, and analytics tools.
