Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape in the firm.
  • Develop creative marketing strategies and ideas to promote our services and enhance brand visibility.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling marketing briefs, including messaging, branding, and promotional materials.
  • Cultivate and nurture partnerships with other institutions, businesses, and key stakeholders to expand our reach and market presence.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies to generate leads, close deals, and achieve revenue targets.
  • Actively engage with clients and prospects through various channels, including phone calls, emails, meetings, and networking events.
  • Provide regular updates, reports, and insights on marketing and sales activities to management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in marketing research, strategy development, and execution.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in sales or business development is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in Monday work space and Microsoft office
  • Knowledge of the firm and trends, regulations, and best practices is a plus.
  • Creative thinker with a proactive and results-driven mindset.
