Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/ Marketing Management/ Sales or related field.
• A minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience in the same or similar job position,
• preferably in a Delivery Company is required.
• Comprehensive knowledge of delivery procedures.
• Proficient in both Amharic and English, as well as other local and international
• Languages are considered an added advantage.
• Competent computer skills; Microsoft Word/Excel/Web
• A strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Outstanding customer service skills
• Organized, a self-starter, and an enthusiastic team player.
• Punctuality is mandatory
• Ability to work under pressure to pursue multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to work on own initiative
• Willing to work in rotating shifts with Transport arranged for the night shift (9 to 4 LT)
