Job Summary

Responsible to establish and lead the maintenance strategy and healthy operational process through efficient practice in an industrial equipment park and well-equipped brewery landscape

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Plan, lead, organized, staffed & controlled the department’s overall activities
• Coach, mentor, & develop employees through periodic performance evaluations & ongoing performance dialogue and feedback.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures and undertake disciplinary actions if the need arises
• Lead the industrial maintenance strategy implementation
• Contribute to the industrial maintenance strategy development for the improved preventive and predictive maintenance interventions to reduce as much as possible the curative and palliative maintenance
• Execute the tools of maintenance planning and follow-up process for integrated teams’ support on the field
• Monitor the maintenance process to ensure the process and the product quality standards are met
• Contribute to the establishment of improved procurement strategy through the application of advanced CMMS tools and realize optimum maintenance
• Participate in setting high-level KPIs of the group to ensure continuous improvement and in the enforcement of safety standards on the production line.
• Provide development support to the team for the achievement of continual improvement plans and tools development
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the line manager

Job Requirements

• Advanced Knowledge to read technical drawings and operation manuals.
• Excellent knowledge of electromechanics equipment maintenance.
• Advanced communication and negotiation skills
• Advanced computer skill
• Advanced English writing/reading/listening/speaking.

Education

• BSc in Mechanical or Electrical or Electromechanical or Industrial Engineering or a related field.

Experience

• 8 Years
