The Recruitment Assistant plays a crucial role in supporting the recruitment process by efficiently managing administrative tasks, coordinating communication between stakeholders, and ensuring a smooth and streamlined candidate experience. The primary objective is to contribute to the overall success of the recruitment function by providing essential assistance to the recruitment team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Thoroughly review incoming resumes and applications.
- Shortlist candidates based on predefined criteria and job requirements.
- Communicate effectively with hiring managers to understand their specific requirements for each role.
- Provide regular updates on the status of candidate shortlisting.
- Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the role.
- Communicate with candidates regarding their application status.
- Assist in scheduling interviews and coordinating logistics.
- Bachelor's degree in Management, Business Management/Administration, Human Resources or related field preferred.
- Motivated and Energetic with a corporate & marketing mindset
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
