Duties and Skills
- English proficiency in both written and spoken is a must;
- Preparing/reviewing the Bills of Quantities;
- Prepare and maintain budgets, estimates, cash flow forecasts, and cost reports;
- Verify and certify consultants' and contractors' interim applications for payment and issue payment certificates;
- Review and assess consultants' and contractors' claims;
Qualification
- Minimum 5 years site work experience is required;
- BSc in cost estimation and relevant major is a must;
