Sales, Distribution And Collection Officer

Key Duties

• Identify and develop new sales opportunities in assigned markets
• Promote and sell company products to existing and potential customers
• Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and presentations
• Achieve assigned sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis
• Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely product distribution
• Monitor stock availability and report shortages or delivery delays
• Maintain strong relationships with distributors, agents, and retailers
• Follow up on outstanding customer payments and ensure timely collections
• Negotiate repayment terms in line with company credit policies
• Maintain accurate sales, distribution, and collection records
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance, distribution status, and collections
• Gather and report market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Accounting, or a related field
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in sales, distribution, or collections (experience in FMCG or manufacturing is an advantage)
• Strong negotiation, communication, and persuasion skills
• Good knowledge of trade credit management, debt recovery, and distribution logistics. 
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/accounting systems
• High level of integrity and professionalism
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
•   Strong interpersonal skills and ability to handle multiple responsibilities
