Key Duties
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities in assigned markets
- Promote and sell company products to existing and potential customers
- Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and presentations
- Achieve assigned sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis
- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely product distribution
- Monitor stock availability and report shortages or delivery delays
- Maintain strong relationships with distributors, agents, and retailers
- Follow up on outstanding customer payments and ensure timely collections
- Negotiate repayment terms in line with company credit policies
- Maintain accurate sales, distribution, and collection records
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, distribution status, and collections
- Gather and report market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Accounting, or a related field
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in sales, distribution, or collections (experience in FMCG or manufacturing is an advantage)
- Strong negotiation, communication, and persuasion skills
- Good knowledge of trade credit management, debt recovery, and distribution logistics.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/accounting systems
- High level of integrity and professionalism
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to handle multiple responsibilities
