Marketing Strategists

Job Description:

On behalf of our client, we are recruiting an experienced Senior Marketing Strategist with a minimum of 5 Years of Experience to lead data-driven marketing initiatives, strengthen brand positioning, and drive measurable business growth across digital and traditional channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies aligned with organizational objectives
• Conduct market research, customer segmentation, and competitive analysis
• Plan, manage, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns and budgets
• Lead brand positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies
• Collaborate closely with sales, product, and creative teams
• Monitor and analyze KPIs (ROI, CAC, LTV, conversion rates) and report insights to management
• Manage external agencies, vendors, and strategic partners
• Mentor junior marketing staff and establish best practices

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Marketing or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in marketing strategy, business development or related roles
• Having a big accomplishment and a success story
• Experience in client relationship, leading & structuring the market
• Excellent strategic, analytical, and communication skills
