Junior Functional Consultant

About the Job

We are seeking a Junior Functional Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will provide functional support to clients during the implementation of the Odoo ERP system. You will work closely with senior consultants to analyze and document business processes, configure the system to meet client needs, and support end-users through training and ongoing assistance.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with senior consultants to analyze and document client business processes and requirements.
• Configure the Odoo ERP system based on client needs.
• Provide training and support to end-users on system usage.
• Assist clients in resolving system-related issues and provide ongoing support.
• Support the preparation of project documentation, including functional specifications, test plans, and training materials.

Requirements & Qualifications

Must Have

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and software applications.
• Strong written English skills.
• Creative, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Knowledge of Odoo ERP system is an advantage.

Nice to Have

• Experience in writing online content.
• Knowledge of additional languages.
• Google AdWords experience.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Accounting background.
