MY WISH ENTERPRISE PLC a dynamic growth-oriented dealer of Branded Construction Machineries and OEM spare part importer in Ethiopia, The Company offers a wide range of integrated solutions for the sales of construction machinery along with reliable and dependable after-sales services. The Company also rents dealer-maintained machines and equipment and assembles light construction machinery. We are currently looking to hire self-driven, energetic and dedicated individuals for the following positions.

Job Summary:

The Finance Manager is responsible for the efficient and effective management of the financial and accounting operations of the Company which includes general accounting, financial planning and analysis, internal and external financial reporting. cash management, cost accounting, payroll accounts payable and receivable, accounting and financial management of stock and fixed assets, budgeting and related activities to ensure the financial health of the company. The manager should maintain and implement an adequate system internal Control lo mitigate financial and regulatory risks, enhance the integrity and accuracy of financial transactions, and comply with financial reports with generally accepted accounting principles and regulatory requirements,

Required Education, Experience and Skill Set

  • BA degree in accounting, finance, or closely related fields
  • Eight years of experience in the area of accounting and finance including three years of supervisory responsibility
  • Experience within a commercial environment, most preferably in import business is required
  • Strong financial acumen with strong knowledge of general accounting concepts, principles and standards
  • Proven experience in implementing financial reporting according to IFRS is strongly desired
  • Hands-on Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) experience is required
  • Ability to analyze, interpret and reconcile financial data to arrive at accurate conclusions and recommendations
  • Solid experience in preparing internal and external financial reports
  • Excellent analytical skills with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to perform multiple tasks and meet critical deadlines
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to set priorities, complete work with minimal supervision and meet deadlines
  • In-depth knowledge of financial& taxation laws and statutory requirements
  • A strong sense of trust and a high level of confidentiality and integrity
  • Strong leadership and management skills and experience
