Pittards Products Manufacturing S.C would like to invite interested and qualified applicants for the following position on a permanent basis.

Job Position: Accountant

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Record all payments, sales invoices, goods receiving note store issue vouchers as per the accounting standards and company requirements and met the due date
• Ensure that all payments are properly checked and authorized for the budget before payment processing
• Ensure that all stock in and out is properly performed in a manner to maintain in-stock conditions in accordance with company inventory control policy
• Responsible to record all cash and cheque collections and allocate against customers outstanding receivables 
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliations
• Ensure that all company's taxes are captured properly in the ledger and settled correctly and timely
• Reconcile IT/WHT/VAT ledgers against monthly declarations/payments to the tax office and follow-up tax claims/refunds
• Regularly report the status of pending tax issues to the Finance Manager
• Prepare periodic financial report as per the accounting standards and company requirements and met the due date
• Perform related duties as assigned by the Finance manager

Required Number: 2 (Two)

Qualifications and Experience:

• BA in Accounting or related fields
• 5+ years of experience; manufacturing companies is preferable
• Computer literate - Word, Excel and Peachtree Accounting is must
