Premier Switch Solutions S.C. (PSS) is a leading Electronic Payment Processing Company, established by major private banks of Ethiopia. The Company has implemented the first multi-institution shared-switch infrastructure to provide its member banks with a state of the art payment technology to drive ATM, POS, e-commerce, Mobile Banking and other payment channels and provide clearing of Debit/Credit card transactions for the banks. 

Currently, PSS has vacant positions stated above and would like to invite applicants who meet the qualification and required experience listed for this job opening.

Summary of Responsibilities:

  • S/he will be responsible to attend customer queries presented on his/her shift, provide real-time responses that require routine explanation, follow up on the status of queries transferred to other work units, and maintains a database of inquiries attended. S/he will also be responsible for the following activities of POSs and ATMs including the cash position of each ATM.

Education qualification:

  • Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering OR related field 

Work Experience:

  • No related experience is required as it is a junior position

Required Skills:

  • S/he has to have computer skills, good communication ability, team playing capacity and calmness to work under pressure.
