Job Description (Roles and Responsibilities)
The job holder will be expected to assist with office support operations in the British embassy in Addis Ababa. In order to achieve this the job holder will:
Collects mails and envelops from the security team and deliver to appropriate teams/officers - twice a day
Delivers stationery items to clients as the Office Management Support arranges
Assists in opening and distributing parcels/mails to officers’ pigeonholes
Assists in proper arrangement of items in the stationery stores – assist on labeling shelves, loading and unloading items
Assists in arranging of outgoing bags to the UK
Cleans and clears empty dip bags, rasps in the dip bag room, stationery stores in a regular basis
Provides driving services for office support activities
Performs other duties given by immediate supervisor
Essential qualifications, skills and experience
Language: English
High School completion or College Diploma in business management or related
Experience in Customer Service Management, office support & clerical services
Ability to work with Outlook, Word, Excel
3rd diving license
Desirable qualifications, skills and experience
