Position: Customer Service Officer I

Job Summary

  • Customer Service Officer I is responsible for communicating with the customer and various stakeholders of the company, answer customer inquiries, and Provide support to meet their needs. S/he receives the requests or problems of users, direct customers to online resources
  • S/he required to conduct customer service satisfaction surveys, pitch ideas for improving customer care, generating periodical reports about customer interaction, and detailed activities.
  • Competence in MS Office and relevant

Education: BA Degree in Marketing Management, Computer Science, Software Engineering or related fields

Experience: 

  • Graduate of years 2019 & 2020 G.C with BA Degree in Marketing Management, Computer Science, Software Engineering or related fields with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.00
  • No Work Experience is required
