We are looking to hire an Activation Supervisor in Addis Ababa 3 (three) month’s contract.

Responsibilities:
 
  • Ensuring that the brand ambassador is reaching its target goal with the deadline in a way that complies with the company’s plans and vision.
  • Ensuring that brand ambassador are properly trained for their specific tasks
  • Identifying and resolving any problem that the brand ambassador might encounter
  • Ensuring that the brand ambassador has the right material before starting the daily activates
  • Providing daily, weekly reports and activity updates to the marketing team
  • Monitor if the campaign is going according to the plan
  • Prepare material that will aid the campaign
 
Qualification:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or related field
  • At least 1 year of experience in running activation
  • Previous Leadership experience
  • Excellent in verbal and communication skill
  • Adaptable with the ability to prioritize task
