- Manage Office front desk
- Handle Office telephone, redirect calls to concerned departments/managers
- Type outgoing letters and keeping the recordings
- Type, edit, print, copy, bind various documents as requested
- Managing files both in soft and hardcopies
- Developing and maintaining a filing system of the company
- Frequently check the levels of stationery supplies and place appropriate orders
- Arrange meetings and appointments for managers
- Welcome guests, handle information requests, provide necessary information
- Purchasing and recording BID documents
- Assist the Admin in timely inspection, repair & maintenance of office equipment such as printers, copy machines, furniture, etc;
- Assist /participate in tender preparation by facilitating secretarial tasks including stumping the documents
- Following up utility services of the company such as electric, telephone, etc; in cooperation with liaisons officers
- Performing other clerical and related duties as assigned
Education: Secretarial Science
Skill and Qualifications:
- Graduated in Secretarial Science
- Proven work experience as a Secretary or Front Desk or Receptionist at least for 1 year.
- Proficiency in English and Amharic languages.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Familiarity with office management.
- Multi-tasking and time management capability.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Integrity and professionalism.
