Job Duties and functions: - - Estimate and establish cost parameters and budgets for purchases - Forecast estimated inquiries of materials after comparing the inquiries of potential projects (received from management) with the inventory taking into consideration the ongoing orders. - Coordinate with the senior Procurement Officer to procure required material for EASE as per the schedule and Follow-up the procured materials - Maintain and update the order status sheet once the order is confirmed. - Send shipping documents of EASE to the broker and follow up on the on-time clearance and delivery. - Handle the local commodities purchases at EASE. - Ensure that the products and supplies are high quality - Update the local suppliers’ price list whenever needed. - Create and maintain good relationships with vendors/suppliers - Prepare and file all procurement and logistics related documents. - Follow-up local suppliers on-time payment with EASE accounting. - Use the appropriate Stock system to input data related to the Stock movement and to reconcile stock inventory at the end of each month with the storekeeper. - Supervise the warehouse personnel in order to implement the proper safety and security rules in the storage area and maintain it healthy and clean. - Submit a monthly report to the Operation Manager related to procurement activities Requirements and Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, or related field - Solid knowledge and understanding of procurement processes, policy, and systems - Minimum 3 years’ experience as a procurement officer or related position - Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) - Ability to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions - Excellent English verbal and written communication skills - Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently - Accurate and precise attention to detail - Ability to work well with management and staff at all levels - Developed Negotiation Skills - Goal-oriented, organized team player How to Apply All interested and qualified applicants may send an updated CV via email:- admin@ease-int.com You must include the name of the position you are applying for in the subject line of the email.
