Job Requirement . MA or BA in Accounting, Accounting and Finance or similar field . Familiar and Experienced on the latest accounting principles, systems and software's . Six years and above of service in the case of MA and eight years in the case of BA . English language and PC proficiency is essential . Experience in NGOs is an asset Personal Attributes: . Strategic oriented . Conscious of Government and CORHA policies related to finance management . Commitment to government, CORHA and donors financials policies, and regulations . Strong leadership quality, communication, and interpersonal skills with staff . Ability to withstand pressure and good team spirit . Strong problem solving and creative skills and the ability to make sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses .
