Internal Communication Contacts: Distribution Services, Operations, Finance, Human Resources, Marketing External Communication Contacts: Customers (Distributors, Stockists and Retail), Consumers PRIMARY PURPOSE: To manage sales and sales administration activities in a specified geographic location KEY RESULT AREAS AND OUTCOMES Sales Execution . Manage sales performance of sales reps . Ensure that Sales Reps perform according to specified objectives and criteria according to tailored service packages and execution standards . Identify new opportunities for volume growth Planning and Execution . Sales forecast for area produced . In-trade audits planned and conducted . Competitor activities monitored and appropriate responses made . Information Systems . Information systems fully utilized . Authenticity and currency of information checked . Information security maintained in accordance with Company policy Performance Management . Performance management implemented with Sales Reps . Sales Reps developed . Personnel processes applied . Workplace communication effected . Team performance optimized . Ensure Sales Reps are managed and aware of their goals and KPI’s . Ensure Sales Reps have periodic performance reviews . Ensure all staff adhere to Rorank’s policies and procedures Reporting: Ensure daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly required reports are submitted accurately and timeously Financial Control: Costs Controlled Marketplace competitiveness . Customer service ethos developed and implemented . Customer relationships developed and leveraged . Customer service performance managed . Corporate reputation managed DECISION-MAKING POWERS AND AUTHORITY - Effect expenditure in line with determined permissions and controls Reporting to: National Sales Manager Term: Permanent Required Number: 2 COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS Education: Min: Relevant Degree Ideal: Under Graduate Degree in Marketing/Logistics/Business Legal: Min: Driver’s License Ideal: Driver’s License Language: Min: Amharic Ideal: Amharic and English Experience: Min: Part-time sales work/promotional work while studying Ideal: +2 years in a similar position within the beverage area PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES .
