Job brief We are looking for a self-driven and competent Collection Specialist to join our team! As a Collection Specialist at our company, your main responsibility will be to contact clients and collect missed and outstanding payments. We are expecting you to be professional and trustworthy and to be able to work independently. Responsibilities . Provide timely follow up to collect customer payments in accordance with payment due dates. . Update daily customer payment as per the information received from the bank. . Send notices for missed settlement and outstanding payments . Coordinate activities of a junior accountant to ensure a smooth and timely collection . Monitor accounts to identify outstanding debts . Investigate historical data for each debt or bill . Take actions to encourage timely debt payments . Resolve customer credit issues . Report on collection activity and accounts receivable status Required qualification - BA Degree in Management, Business Administration, Accounting any other related study Relevant experience - 4 years and above Skill . Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer service focus . Ability to act and operate independently with minimal daily direction from manager to accomplish objectives . Strong analytical and accounting skills. . Ability to meet the assigned deadline . Comfortable working with targets . Patience and ability to manage stress .
