Cvm - (Comunita Volontari per il Mondo which means Community of Volunteers for the World) is seeking a qualified applicant for its vacancy. Position: Junior Social Worker Qualification: BA Degree in Sociology or Social Work Experience: At least one-year working experience in social field Sex: Female Duty Station: Addis Ababa Term of Employment: One year one contract basis with possible extension Duties and Responsibility . Facilitate the overall community capacity building/ animation/ activities planning, coordinating implementing related to MDW project . Facilitate training workshop activities, design schedule, cost breakdown. Prepare a weekly monthly plan of action in consultation with the immediate supervisor. . Conduct follow up of returnee's migrant domestic workers by phone and prepare checklist timely and ensure the improvement of the reintegration scheme. . Work closely with Addis Ababa domestic worker association and improve the status of the association . Keep document related to domestic workers properly, manage the data of returnees update regularly and report on time to immediate supervisor . Assess the result of various training activity and document timely . Prepare and do the groundwork for any training workshop . Promote good relationship with our partners Undertake whatever activity may be required for the achievement of the project objective or may be requested by the immediate supervisor. Other Required Skills: - Computer Skills: MS work excels, Powerpoint. - Good skill in data collection - Fluent in Amharic and English.
