Job Description . Develops and proposes a pricing system and review its effectiveness continually; . Leads the development and implementation of processes, tools, metrics, initiatives, infrastructure, and technology that will support and improve the operations of the Branding function; . Designs various tools to communicate the brand promise and stories to the public and relevant stakeholders; . Develops the branding procedures and strategy of the products offered by the company; . Analyses and designs branding plans, product positioning, and campaign strategies for brand and communication insights; . Develops an integrated brand and pricing programs and track their effectiveness; . Maintains all price guides in the company; . Collects, analyses and disseminates competitor pricing data perform SWOTS analysis and maintain updated database; . Develops tools, analysis methodology, policies, guidelines and the model to define pricing; . Analyses the competition and market forces affecting pricing decisions to determine the acceptable margin to win in the market. . Monitors the unit price execution by analyzing the price offers in bid, purchase and quotation process and identifying margin difference from the proposed market price. . Builds pricing models, proposals, and other relevant financial justification for senior leadership review. . Contributes to the pricing integrity and strategic rationale of proposals across the product portfolio. Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or other related fields with 4 years of demonstrated experience of which three (2) years in a senior position in FMCG manufacturing industries.
