Job Description Addis Finder Trading PLC is a newly established private company engaged in Real Estate and privately-owned houses sales. We are presenting an exciting working opportunity for competitive applicants. To accomplish their goal of building customer satisfaction and loyalty, customer service officers perform a variety of tasks. In our case, the major task will be fluently replayed customer calls/enquires that come from different communication channels. Responsibility . Communicating with customers through various Channels using voice or text Messages and Responding promptly to customer inquiries. . Welcoming customers and Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times . Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary. . Scheduling Appointments, and remind Customers up on the schedule . Understanding customer needs, acknowledging and resolving customer complaints. . Keeping records of customer interactions, appointments, transactions, comments and complaints. . Search potential customers through phone and other channels. . Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary. . Knowing our products/offers inside and out so that you can answer questions . CR officers often act as a liaison between customer service and other departments, especially the sales section. . Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process. . Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer service. Term of Employment: Indefinite time with 60 days probation period Requirement . Experience working with customer support . Excellent written and verbal communication skills . Consistent, professional dress and manner. . Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping out with various tasks as required . Experience using computers for a variety of tasks. . Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook. .
