Job Description Real estate sales representative will be an intermediary between sellers and buyers. Who will be responsible for market real estate developer products and give professional guidance or advice to buyers who invest an immense amount of money in his/her lifetime home, here are listed day to day activities and responsibilities; . Search potential customers and generate leads. . Meeting or exceeding sales goals. . Determine clients’ needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them. . Provide guidance and assist buyers in making a wise decision on their purchasing of property for the right price under the best terms . Undertake negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing . Contact prospects and Keeping records of customer interactions, appointments, transactions, Follow-ups, comments and complaints . Perform regular Follow-ups for all prospects. . Arrange site visit and help customers to understand the progress in construction . Engage with various potential customers and convince them to close deals . Knowing our products/offers inside and out so that you can handle objections. . Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs. . Understanding and promoting company programs. . Obtaining deposits and balance of payment from clients . Support other external sales agents . Coordinate contract signing process of self-customer . Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices . Prepare daily sales report and submit to sales supervisor Term of Employment: Indefinite time with 60 days probation period Job Requirements Education: BA in Sales and Marketing/ Customer service, or related fields Experience: A minimum of one-year experience Required Success record and Competency . Experience in sales. . Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to closing sales . Excellent follow-up skill . Understanding of the sales process and dynamics. . A commitment to excellent customer service. . Excellent written and verbal communication skills. . Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport . Experience using computers for a variety of tasks. . Driving License .
