Job Description We are looking for a passionate Marketing Officer and content developer to plan and oversee the organization’s marketing activities and campaigns. You will also produce content with the needs of the client or employer in mind. You will be the one to ensure that all marketing operations are successful in meeting the goals set by management. . Design and develop marketing materials . Liaise and correspond with customers and external sales agents . Monitor production of marketing materials and oversee the distribution of marketing materials . Draft press and media releases . Liaise with public relations and media contacts . Assist on plan, coordinate and participate in marketing events . Search potential customers and generate leads. . Prepare and execute direct and online marketing campaigns . Writing and proofreading creative copy . Developing content for our websites . Compiling lists describing our organization's offerings . Work with the graphic design team to ensure a user-friendly experience. . Develop and implement strategies for social media platforms . Update the company website and social media tools . Oversee and manage all contests, giveaways, and other digital projects . Monitoring the company's brand on social media. . Helping identify marketing trends and key opportunities. . Conduct market research . Monitor competitive activity and market trends . Monitor and assess customer feedback . Maintain customer information via marketing database and CRM system . Prepare accurate reports on our marketing campaign’s overall performance. . Maintain archive of marketing materials and take promotional materials inventory . Managing our online communities to ensure respectful and appropriate engagement and Overseeing customer service provided . Coordinate with advertising and media experts to improve marketing results. . Evaluate important metrics that affect our website traffic, service quotas, and target audience . Working closely with the sales and marketing department. Requirement Education: BA in Sales and Marketing/ Customer service, or related fields Experience: A minimum of one-year experience Required Success record and Competency . Proven track of successful sales record and marketing campaigns . Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills . Tech friendly . Ability to measure the success of campaigns . Experience with creating a marketing campaign, marketing strategy, and marketing plan. . Experience with online marketing, including social media, and content marketing. . knowledge of marketing tools and techniques . Understanding of public relations. .
