Job Description Real estate commission sales agents will be working as ambassadors and are responsible for establishing and maintaining good relationships with customers. They must build trust and act as support for prospects, ensuring they lead to potential future sales. Our commission package is very attractive. Responsibilities of commission Sales Agent . Search potential customers and generate leads. . Build and maintain relationships with new and repeat customers . Maintain records of all sales leads . Provide guidance and assist buyers . Determine clients’ needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them. . Educate customers on how products or services can benefit them financially and professionally . Refer potential buyers’ information . Share information to their potential prospects . Work closely with the sales representatives to achieve successful closings. Requirement Education: BA or Diploma in any field of study preferably Sales and Marketing/ Customer service, Experience: 0-2 year experience Competency . Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills . Pleasant and trustworthy .
