Position Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven B2B Field Sales Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth. This role involves frequent travel to meet clients in person and requires excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and target potential business clients through research, networking, and cold calling.
  • Client Meetings: Schedule and conduct face-to-face meetings with prospective clients to present our digital marketing solutions.
  • Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our services.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations.
  • Proposal Development: Create customized proposals and marketing plans tailored to the specific needs of each client.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate contract terms and pricing to close sales and achieve revenue targets.
  • Account Management: Ensure successful onboarding of new clients and provide ongoing support to foster long-term partnerships.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline updates in the CRM system.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful campaign execution.


  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • Minimum of 6 months experience in B2B sales, preferably in digital marketing or a related industry.


  • Meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
