Supply Chain

  • Ensure cleanliness and proper management of office and office equipment including managing meeting rooms, entertainment, and common-use areas
  • Control and ensure optimum usage of office consumables, i.e. stationery items, coffee, tea,
  • Follow up and manage gym facility in the factory and ensure safe operation
  • Monitor and control onsite kitchen usage, supplier performance, and standardizing canteen management
  • Follow up cleanliness of canteen regularly
  • Follow up and track the effectiveness of the staff shop at the site
  • Facilitate special events in collaboration with the front desk and HR
  • Facilitate and plan travel and support in travel-related requests for the Supply chain Function i.e.: Visa requests, Work permits facilitation with agents, residence ID facilitation with agents, Flight booking, Hotel reservation, car transfer, and shuttle arrangements.


Experiences & Qualifications

  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in management or any business field.
  • Candidates with previous administrative support experience will be preferred.
