AIT Technology (www.aittechworld.com) seeks a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Director to lead our marketing team. As the Marketing Director, you will develop and implement strategic marketing initiatives, manage marketing campaigns, and drive brand awareness.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive awareness, lead generation, and brand positioning for our AIT Technology solutions.
  • Lead and manage a high-performing marketing team, providing guidance, mentoring, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Conduct market research to identify target markets, customer needs, and competitor analysis to inform marketing strategies.
  •  Oversee the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, content marketing, events, and PR initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with sales, product development, and customer success.
  • Track and analyze marketing performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to key stakeholders.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and marketing best practices in the field.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business administration, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience 2 years in a senior marketing role.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics, with a track record of successful campaign execution and lead generation.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively present and articulate complex technical concepts.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, analyze market trends, and drive data-driven marketing decisions.
