Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Specialist. The successful candidate will be instrumental in ensuring customer satisfaction, guiding them through our products and services, and providing comprehensive training.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly and accurately via phone, email, or chat.
  • Identify customer needs and assist them in utilizing specific features of our products.
  • Analyze and report product malfunctions; simulate different scenarios or impersonate users to resolve technical issues.
  • Update internal databases with information about technical issues and interactions.
  • Share feature requests and effective workarounds with team members.
  • Inform customers about new features and functionalities.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved.
  • Gather customer feedback and share it with our Product, Sales, and Marketing teams.
  • Provide training to customers and staff on product features and usage.
  • Assist in the development of training materials and documentation for customer support.

Requirements:

  • Strong ability to explain complex concepts in a clear, simple manner.
  • Familiarity with help desk software and remote support tools.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A customer-oriented attitude with a passion for high-quality service.
  • Fluency in Amharic and English Language.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent experience in a related field.
