Description:

Duties and Responsibility

  • Greeting visitors, handling inquiries, and assisting clients, customers, or other stakeholders who visit or contact the office
  • Scheduling and coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, and distributing meeting materials
  • Provide general administrative support to the office, such as managing correspondence, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, handling office documentation, and preparing reports
  • Assisting with administrative tasks including photocopying, faxing, taking notes, writing letters, transcribing and binding documents, etc
  • Performing ad-hoc administrative duties
  • Maintaining and organizing office records, and files, ensuring they are accurate and up-to-date
  • Planning and making travel arrangements for staff such as booking flights, accommodation, and transportation
  • Assist the general manager and the CEO of the company
  • Managing office facilities, equipment, and supplies, as well as coordinating maintenance and repairs

Qualifications

  • A minimum requirement of a diploma in Business Administration, Management, Communication, or related social science fields
  • With more than one year of experience in administrative, secretarial, front-desk, and related areas
  • Good and professional verbal and written communication skills with guests, clients, and colleagues
  • Excellent computer skills and software programs such as email communication, internet searching, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong organizational skills in filing and recording, scheduling appointments
  • Handling multiple tasks and meeting deadlines effectively
  • Who can write a letter in Amharic and English?
