Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the company events and develop event plans;
  • Develop and design company events coordinating with the event team;
  • Researching and selecting potential sponsors, vendors, and business organizations for PBETH exhibitions and expos;
  • Identify, research, and secure local sponsorships and potential event sponsorships;
  • Organize and manage vendors, clients, and sponsors data;
  • Implement up-to-date records of vendors' and clients data/information;
  • Promote events to foster relationships with current and potential clients;
  • Liaise with vendors, exhibitors, and stakeholders during the event planning process to ensure everything is in order;
  • Develop promotional materials to promote events;
  • Develop, organize, and implement event programs;
  • Track event expenses and report to the concerned party/events director;
  • Coordinate activities associated with major meetings and events that include venue selection, catering, live entertainment, and audio-visual equipment;
  • Implement and manage event logistics, including printings/publications,  registration, and transportation;
  • Coordinate all event paper works;
  • Manage event budgets and facilitate finance processes;
  • Manage all event set-up, tear-down, and follow-up processes;
  • Assess an event’s overall success and submit findings;
  • Closely work with the event department team;
  • The events director gave any assignments.

Requirements and Skills:

  • Ability to manage and oversee numerous, complex projects;
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment;
  • Knowledge of event planning and execution;
  • Excellent research, writing, and organizational skills;
  • Outstanding vendor management skills;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to schedule and efficiently carry out activities within a given timeline;
  • Ability to work as a team;


  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management/public relations/Marketing management.
  • At least 3 years experience as an event coordinator/relevant work experience.
