About the Job

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Branch Supervisor to join our logistics company. The Branch Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our branch, ensuring the efficient and effective handling of logistics activities. Manage and supervise the branch's operational activities, including receiving, storing, and shipping goods.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with other branches and departments to optimize logistics processes and meet customer requirements.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
• Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Communicate with customers to address any issues or concerns and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement branch-specific goals and objectives

About You

• Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in logistics, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
