Key Responsibilities:

Human Resources:

  • Lead and manage the recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
  • Oversee employee benefits, payroll, and performance reviews.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and promote a positive workplace environment.
  • Handle employee relations and resolve issues effectively.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.

Property Management:

  • Oversee the management and maintenance of company properties, including offices and facilities.
  • Coordinate with service providers for property repairs and maintenance.
  • Manage leases, contracts, and property-related documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Monitor property budgets and control expenditures.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Above in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in HR and property management roles
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles and property management practices
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
