We are currently seeking a self-initiative, goal-oriented, can multitask HR Manager to join our team. You will work collaboratively and strategically to make BlackFrog an employer of choice

Role:

• Provide strategic guidance on HR
• Implementing and maintaining performance management systems that help track and evaluate employee performance
• Plan and source staff training regularly
• Plan, setup, and implement employee benefit and incentive programs
• advise the management about the laws affecting the company and its employees to ensure legal compliance
• Plan, organize, and manage the end-to-end process of recruitment, onboarding, and exit procedures
• And other HR-related duties as assigned
• Plan and develop company policies and ensure compliance

Qualification:

• A minimum of 5 years in Human Resources and 2 years in supervisory level for a BA degree and 3 years for a Master’s Degree in Business administration, Human Resources, Leadership Management, Economics, or related fields from a recognized institution
