We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Front Office Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in a similar role. The Front Office Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the front desk, ensuring exceptional customer service, and coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and train front desk staff to ensure excellent customer service
  • Oversee daily operations of the front desk, including check-ins, check-outs, and reservations
  • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including scheduling, payroll, and inventory management
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in a front office or similar role
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel management software
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field.
