Betopia Properties is an end-to-end real estate service provider, established in 2017 GC to make tangible contributions to real estate development to advance national economic development efforts in Addis Ababa. The company is competitive in the real estate industry and is especially successful in Addis Ababa’s luxury residential properties and exclusive apartments.

Responsibilities

• Managing graphic designs from conception to delivery.
• Design original pieces, including illustrations and infographics
• Communicate company messaging through graphic design software to the targeted audience
• Research and brainstorm various design ideas for content and marketing.
• Ensuring delivery of high-quality and original artwork
• Ensuring brand consistency throughout various marketing projects.
• Advise best practices throughout design projects.
• Implement feedback and changes
• liaising with external printers or production teams to ensure deadlines are met and material is printed or presented to the highest quality.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience
• Accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to deliver creative content
• Strong Time management and Organizational abilities
• Ability to work independently and as a team
