Job Summary

The Training Specialist will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering Technology training programs for various departments in the company. This includes creating customized content and layout for different teams, conducting workshops, and providing ongoing support to participants. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Technology, excellent communication skills, and experience in training and instructional design.

Key Responsibilities

• Training Design and Development
• Create comprehensive Technology training programs tailored to different departments (e.g., marketing, HR, finance, operations, product development).
• Develop content and layouts, including presentations, materials, case studies, and practical exercises.
• Ensure training materials are engaging, interactive, and effective.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs.
• In-depth knowledge of Tech concepts, techniques, and applications.
• Strong instructional design and curriculum development skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to customize training materials to different departments and audiences.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Experience with AI tools, platforms, and programming languages is a plus.
• Familiarity with ethical and legal considerations in Tech.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
