ZERGAW CLOUD is a leading cloud services provider in Ethiopia. It was established in 2019 by a team of experienced and passionate ICT experts with a deep understanding of cutting-edge cloud technologies and the unique needs of the local market.

Our services are designed and implemented to overcome three critical challenges of the local ICT industry: unaffordability, long procurement and deployment time, and system downtime with long maintenance time. Our services are affordable, easy to deploy and scale, and highly reliable and available, helping businesses operate in a cost and time-efficient manner.

ZERGAW Cloud is looking for

Sales and Marketing Manager for the following responsibilities.

Sales Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute data-driven sales strategies to achieve sales quotas and company growth objectives. This includes activities like lead qualification, proposal generation, negotiation, and closing deals.
  • Identify and pursue qualified sales opportunities through market research, networking events, trade shows, and industry conferences.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding customer needs, providing excellent customer service, and exceeding expectations.
  • Develop and deliver persuasive sales presentations that effectively communicate the value proposition of ZERGAW CLOUD's offerings.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify trends, measure success against goals, and continuously refine sales strategies.

Marketing Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that support sales efforts, generate leads, and enhance brand awareness.
  • Conduct market research and analyze data to identify market opportunities, emerging trends, competitor landscape, and target audience insights.
  • Create compelling marketing materials (text, photos, graphics, videos, and news) to attract potential customers and nurture leads.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to execute marketing campaigns, participate in trade shows/conferences, and develop strategies to attract new clients and strengthen brand awareness.
  • Manage social media presence by overseeing account design, engaging with followers, responding to inquiries, monitoring customer reviews, and analyzing performance metrics (e.g., post views, website traffic) to measure success and optimize campaigns for lead generation.
  • Maintain data confidentiality for the company, employees, and clients.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on sales and marketing performance to relevant stakeholders.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by ZERGAW CLOUD.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Business administration, Communications, or related field;
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience with a proven track record in sales and/or marketing.
  • 2+ years of experience in a sales or marketing leadership role, preferably in the IT industry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Amharic and English, with strong presentation abilities.
  • Experience in creating compelling content (text, graphics, and videos) for various marketing and sales channels (social media, website, presentations).
  • Proven ability to develop and execute successful sales and marketing campaigns.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, effective time management, and proficiency in multitasking and prioritizing work.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).

Preferred Skills

  • Good knowledge of various digital marketing and analytics tools, ERP/CRM systems, and content management systems;
  • Professional certifications and prior experience in content development for media post
  • Established media contacts;
  • Proven skills in task prioritization and organization.
