Per the request/requirement from the well-known holding Company, Our (GeezJobs') Recruitment Team is searching to recruit highly qualified professionals to fill the position of Store Manager.

Key Duties

• Develop and implement strategies to optimize store performance and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Effectively manage inventory levels, including ordering, receiving, and merchandising products to maximize sales and minimize shrinkage.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local regulations and safety standards.
• Recruit, train, and develop staff to maintain a skilled and motivated workforce.
• Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, collaboration, and employee engagement.
• Oversee store maintenance and cleanliness to create a safe and welcoming environment for customers and staff.
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner, striving to exceed customer expectations.
• Collaborate with headquarters and other departments to communicate store needs, provide feedback, and implement initiatives effectively.

Qualifications:

• 2-5 years of experience, Experience in Related roles will be advantageous
• Diploma or Degree in Related fields
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and staff.
