Essential Functions:

Junior Warehouse Management Officer (Junior Storekeeper)

Purpose of the Job: To receive and store procured goods, reconcile physical items against the bin card, and follow up stock levels to ensure smooth operation of the Bank.

Generic Functions:

• Provide the required assistance in all activities of the work unit
• Properly maintain important files/records and avail when required
• Engage in teamwork, collaboration, and transparency work practices
• Adhere to the internal control system and risk management program of the Bank
• Handle other related duties as may be required

Specific Functions:

• Count, verify, receive, and properly store purchased goods
• Update stock records when items are received and issued
• Participate in distributing stock items as per the distribution plan
• Reconcile physical items against the bin card and stock card records
• Maintain records and documents required for the efficient operation of the store

Job Requirement:

Qualification: BA in Management, Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or any other related fields

Experience: One/1 year of relevant experience preferably in the banking industry
