Position: Marketing & Sales - Field Account Executive

About the Role:

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Field Account Executive to join our dynamic Marketing & Sales team. You will play a key role in driving new business by directly engaging with potential clients, showcasing our advertising solutions, and securing new partnerships.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct field sales activities, and prospecting for new clients within a designated territory.
  • Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to address specific client needs and objectives.
  • Create clear, concise, and persuasive pitch documents that effectively communicate the value proposition of our advertising services.
  • Actively listen to client concerns and feedback, fostering positive relationships and building trust.
  • Follow up with potential clients after initial meetings to answer questions and address any concerns until the deal is closed.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent messaging and branding during client interactions.
  • Work closely with the sales team to share best practices and achieve department goals.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is generally preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in B2B sales, preferably in the advertising or marketing industry.
  • Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English are essential. This ensures clear and effective interaction during presentations, negotiations, and everyday work activities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to deliver clear and concise pitches.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace tools (Google doc, Google Slides, Google Sheets)
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively while adhering to deadlines.
  • Team player with a collaborative spirit and a willingness to share knowledge.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities.
