Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all financial aspects of international trade transactions, including import/export financing, letters of credit, and currency exchange.
• Monitor and analyze foreign exchange rates, interest rates, and other market factors to inform financial decision-making.
• Coordinate with banks, financial institutions, and other stakeholders to facilitate trade finance transactions and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Prepare and review trade finance documentation, including letters of credit, bills of exchange, and export/import documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Develop and implement strategies to mitigate financial risks associated with international trade, such as currency fluctuations and credit risk.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, procurement, and logistics, to optimize trade finance processes and support business objectives.
• Maintain accurate records and financial documentation related to international trade transactions, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
• Prepare and manage employees' payroll and related issues
• Reporting any tax and pension issues to the responsible bodies regularly
• Able to operate and manage Cash register machines during payments made
• Prepare reports regarding financial and related issues regularly, Z-report as well.
• Willing to take over any additional tasks given by the supervisor.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field with CGPA 3.5; advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in international trade finance and accounting, preferably in the IT industry.
• In-depth knowledge of trade finance instruments and mechanisms, including letters of credit, trade finance loans, and export/import documentation.
• Strong understanding of international banking practices, regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in financial analysis, forecasting, and risk management techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and interact with external stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented approach with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
