Job Description

Addis Guzo (Swiss NGO) works at a high professional level, providing mobility aids, skills development training, pediatric physiotherapy, and comprehensive early intervention programs for people with disabilities.

Job Description:

Vacancy for a talented junior physiotherapist who wants to specialize in the treatment of children with disabilities. The position involves one year of internal training in pediatric physiotherapy and early intervention with international professionals. We offer a full-time position in a multidisciplinary team of four physiotherapists, a therapeutic assistant, a curative educator, and an early interventionist, as well as collaboration with the mobility aid workshop and a pediatric neurologist.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Professional baseline assessment and definition of comprehensive therapy goals and objectives,
  • Development of therapy plans,
  • Implementation of individual and group therapies,
  • Needless daily written documentation,
  • Discharge and summary reports,
  • Coaching of parents and caregivers,
  • Collaboration in a multidisciplinary team.

Our working hours are Monday to Friday 7:30-16:30.

Salary: The basic salary is 19255 ETB. The salary is based on our salary scale and is non-negotiable. Our benefits include: continuous professional development, 23 days annual leave, health insurance, travel allowance, 14% Provident Fund

Required Qualifications:

  • BA in Physiotherapy - we do not recruit graduates, only applicants with at least one year's work experience.
  • You must be able to speak, write, and understand English perfectly, as our training language is English at a high level.

Required Attitude:

Required experience:

  • 1 year of work experience, personal or professional experience with people with disabilities is a plus
