We are seeking motivated and talented individuals to join our real estate sales team in Ethiopia, with a primary focus on selling properties located in Dubai. As a Real Estate Sales Agent, you will play a key role in promoting and selling our exclusive Dubai properties to clients in Ethiopia.

Responsibilities:

• Actively engage with potential clients to promote and sell Dubai properties.
• Provide information on property features, pricing, and availability to interested buyers.
• Conduct property viewings and tours for clients interested in Dubai properties.
• Negotiate and finalize sales contracts, ensuring a smooth transaction process.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients to generate repeat business and referrals.
• Stay informed about market trends and property developments in Dubai.
• Collaborate with the sales team and management to meet sales targets and objectives.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in real estate sales or a related field is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
• Knowledge of Dubai properties and real estate market trends.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in real estate are a plus.
