Job Summary:

The job holder is responsible for the Bank’s planning, monitoring, and business intelligence activities. S/he ensures completion of the planning process on time, monitors and evaluates the plan implementation against set targets, and recommends measures to keep the plan execution process on track. S/he directs business intelligence and analytics activities at the Bank.

Qualification & Experience:

Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or Economics plus a minimum of twelve (12) years experience, with at least three (3) years in a managerial position working on planning, monitoring & business intelligence-related areas in a financial institution.Term of Employment: Permanent

Salary & Benefits: As per the Bank’s Salary Scale & Benefits Package

Place of Work: Addis Ababa
