Job Description

Dugda Construction Plc is a BC/SC-1 Construction Company that is engaged in Building Construction, Special Foundations & Supplier Ready Mix Concrete. Our Company is seeking eligible and qualified applicants for the position listed below.

Main Responsibility & Duties

  • Based on Company costing policy control and follow up of costing of goods and services.
  •  Analyze and interpret gross margins, cost variances, inventory movements, and other accounting reports as they relate to cost.
  • Analyzes costs of raw materials, spare parts, labor, and services to ensure cost-effectiveness (profitability) of operations through establishing an appropriate costing system.
  •  Analyze the impact of factors affecting costs and profitability of products and services; recommend possible courses of action to mitigate the negative impact of such factors.
  • Reviews of the planning, budgeting, forecasting and reporting of manufacturing operations.
  • Develops metrics and tracking systems for major cost drivers.
  • Develops guidelines for the preparation of budgets.
  • Develops financial performance measurement standards and accordingly analyzes financial statements of the Company.
  • Ensure all the Company work processes are as per the company cost plan.

Job Requirements

Educational Qualification

  • MBA/BA Degree in Accounting & Finance and other Related Field of study

Work Experiences

  • 6/8 years and above which is 2 years at a Similar Position

Technical Competency

  •  Coordination, listening, communication and comprehension skills
  •  Basic Computer knowledge of Peachtree and IFRS.
