Job Description

An exciting vacant position has arisen at East Africa Bottling Share Company - Ethiopia for the role of Administrative Assistant to CMT. East Africa Bottling Share Company ( EABSC) works with the world’s most cherished trademark; invests in the most sophisticated production system in the world and employ people who are prepared to work with passion and focus.

The position is structured to report to the Executive Secretary and will be responsibile to overlook all the tasks related to CMTs.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provide secretary service to CMT including managing diaries, translating, drafting letter/replys and visitors management.
  • To proficiently arrange travel arrangements for all CMT and guests including the insurance and usage of air ticket, Visa work and residence permit, assist in travel, reception service and orientations of visitors to CMT.
  • To track travel expense and manage related reports.
  • To monitor requests, supply and usage of machineries for CMT
  • To be responsible for securing adequate housing contract and giving support in all administrative matters pertaining to expatriates’ relocation, repatriation etc
  • To take minutes of CMT with internal and external parties if required
  • To monitor and control the mailing activities and expense.
  • To monitor and oversee general affaris related to CMT office management, application and cancellation of legal documents such as passport, visa, resident permit, work permit, driving license etc.
  • Any other duties as assigned by your immediate supervisor

Skills, Experience & Education

  • First Degree in Office Administration/Secretarial Science/Business Administration/Management or related field of studies with a minimum of 3 years relevant experience
